                            Delivery Support by ASG and expectations from Consultant

                            • All reports is prepared and stamped by asg, consultant fills out form templates and supplies to appin.
                            • Technical audits are conducted remotely by Appin, consultant may be required to plugin appin security appliance in client network
                            • Remote phone patching assistance to clients by Appin, consultant will provide onsite consulting
                            • Courseware and presentation is provided by Appin, consultant will provide training.
                            • Certification interface with certification body is provided and managed by Appin, consultant is present in external audit
                            • Appliance’s and software’s (appin or other brands) are provided on a low monthly rental (separate third party cost billed in agreement and not included in percentage share) + Monthly security report is prepared by Appin +onsite trained security personnel is provided, consultant puts onsite personnel and manages client relationship, pays personnel salary.

                            Appin will provide online project management suite where both Consultant and consultants clients can interact with each other and with Appin. Project update status as well as all deliverable would be managed from this portal.
